Basket Brigade UK is a loving, charitable organisation who deliver baskets of food (and love) on December 23rd every year to those who could really do with a helping hand at this time of year.

As a charity we are 100% volunteer based, with all volunteers, crew, leaders & trustees donating their time and receiving no remuneration of any kind. As a charity we have an objective to maximise the percentage of funds raised that go directly to feeding “those in need”. Currently the charity achieves over 80% of funds raised going directly into purchasing food for the event. The remaining money is used for administration costs, including: Venue hire, Auction Software, purchasing of ancillary items such as stationery, posters, printing, website/domain maintenance, Accounting costs & software. Trustees of the charity do not receive any money for their time or contribution and do not claim any expenses.
Basket Brigade UK is a UK registered charity, Number 1200548, registered with the UK Charity Comission. The charity was registered on 3rd October 2022 and currently has 4 trustees, detailed below.

- Responsible for liaising with the event team to ensure the events are held inline with the charities objects.

- Responsible for the overall financial position of the charity and ensuring accounting deadlines are met.
